We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our team! Our high-volume clinic focuses on patient and client care as well as serves our mission to end pet overpopulation by advocating spay and neuter for pets in the community.

Full Time

As the "bookends" of every visit, our Customer Care Team sets the tone for the entire client experience. This role is the vital link between our medical team and the community we serve, ensuring that communication remains seamless and compassionate.

From the first phone call to the final checkout, you will assist with essential operations, including email correspondence, medication refills, and clerical support, with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. We are looking for organized, outgoing, empathetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, and who is dedicated to providing exceptional service to both our human clients and their beloved pets.

Wellness Technician

Full Time

As a Wellness Technician, you are at the heart of our preventative care mission. You’ll be the hands-on advocate for the dogs and cats in our wellness program, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable while receiving the care they need.

This role is a dynamic mix of clinical support and relationship building. You’ll assist our veterinarians with a wide range of treatments, maintain precise medical records, and serve as a knowledgeable resource for our clients. We are looking for a professional who can balance technical accuracy with a gentle touch. Someone who communicates effectively with both our medical team and pet parents to ensure every patient receives top-tier care. 

Veterinary Technician Assistant

Full Time
