What is a clinical study?
A clinical study is a structured scientific investigation conducted to evaluate medical interventions, treatments, diagnostics, or procedures under controlled conditions. They are an important part of advancing veterinary medicine as they help identify new treatments and therapies that can improve the health and wellbeing of many animals around the world.
Who can enroll?
Participation in a clinical study is voluntary. Owners who choose to enroll their pet will receive study-related care, diagnostics, and treatments offered at no cost. Each study has it's own set of requirements and corresponding compensation.
Feline Vaccine Study
Our clinic is enrolling cats and kittens at least 6 weeks and older in a voluntary research study investigating the safety of a new vaccine. This study involves two visits over the span of 21 days to complete. You can help us to advance feline health and provide more vaccine options in the future!

Benefits include:

Free veterinary exams

Free vaccine
-
Free Cat or Kitten Wellness Package (no boosters) upon completion
Canine Chronic Kidney Disease
Chronic Kidney Disease is common, affecting up to 10% of older dogs. We are currently accepting dogs in a clinical trial to investigate a potential new treatment for chronic kidney disease in dogs. This study will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the potential new treatment for chronic kidney disease in dogs.

Our clinic is offering FREE osteoarthritis screenings for eligible cats and is currently enrolling for a clinical study evaluating a new OA medication.
