We have an opening for a full-time and/or part-time Veterinarian at our location in Hattiesburg, MS. We are excited to offer flexibility, a positive work/life balance, a variety of work responsibilities, and a chance to flourish!
The first priority for our new Veterinarian will be our Spay Neuter Program, a low-cost HQHVSN program for public animals where over 75,000 spays and neuters for cats and dogs have already been performed. We currently conduct spay/neuter surgeries 5 days per week, with the possibility of expanding. Shelter cats and dogs are also altered through our program.
The next priority will be in our Wellness program. We currently provide low cost wellness services to the Pine Belt area 4 days a week, and we hope to expand this program to reach even more pets within our community.
We consider our focus to be on veterinarian-driven medicine, and as such look forward to sharing knowledge and expertise with support staff and clients.
Requirements
Candidate must hold or be eligible for a current Mississippi DVM license
A commitment to excellence and a willingness to learn.
Good communication skills with a sense of humor and positive attitude
Above all, a passion and commitment to treating patients and clients with kindness and respect is essential.
